Zodia ist eine Horoskop-App. Die App funktioniert ohne Benutzerkonto und ohne Login. Wir legen grössten Wert auf Datensparsamkeit: Die von dir eingegebenen Daten bleiben grundsätzlich lokal auf deinem Gerät.

Im Onboarding gibst du dein Geburtsdatum sowie ein paar Vorlieben (Fokus, Stimmung, Beziehungsstatus, Sprache u.ä.) an. Diese Angaben werden ausschliesslich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert, um dein persönliches Horoskop zu erstellen. Sie werden nicht an uns übertragen und nicht zur Identifikation genutzt.
Wenn du zustimmst, plant die App eine tägliche lokale Erinnerung („Dein tägliches Horoskop ist verfügbar"). Diese wird lokal auf dem Gerät ausgelöst; es werden dafür keine personenbezogenen Daten an einen Server gesendet.
Zur Finanzierung zeigt die App Werbung über Google AdMob (Banner, Interstitial, Rewarded-Videos). AdMob kann dabei gerätebezogene Daten wie die Werbe-ID, IP-Adresse und App-Nutzungsdaten verarbeiten, um Anzeigen auszuliefern (ggf. personalisiert). Anbieter ist Google. Details: policies.google.com/privacy und Google AdMob & Datenschutz. Du kannst personalisierte Werbung in den Geräteeinstellungen (Werbe-ID) einschränken bzw. zurücksetzen.
Falls die KI-Funktion aktiviert ist, werden dein Geburtsdatum und deine Onboarding-Antworten an unseren Server und an den KI-Dienst Anthropic (Claude) übermittelt, ausschliesslich um den Horoskop-Text zu generieren. Es erfolgt keine dauerhafte Speicherung zu Identifikationszwecken. Ohne diese Funktion läuft die Texterstellung vollständig lokal auf dem Gerät.
Wir verkaufen keine personenbezogenen Daten. Eine Weitergabe erfolgt nur an die oben genannten Dienste, soweit für den Betrieb der App erforderlich.
Da deine Profildaten lokal gespeichert sind, kannst du sie jederzeit löschen, indem du die App-Daten zurücksetzt oder die App deinstallierst. Für Auskunfts-, Berichtigungs- oder Löschanfragen kontaktiere uns unter cemo.studios1@gmail.com.
Die App richtet sich nicht an Kinder unter 13 Jahren.

Zodia is a horoscope app. It works without a user account and without login. We follow data minimization: the data you enter generally stays locally on your device.

During onboarding you provide your date of birth and a few preferences (focus, mood, relationship status, language, etc.). This is stored solely on your device to create your personal horoscope. It is not transmitted to us and not used for identification.
With your consent, the app schedules a daily local reminder (“Your daily horoscope is ready"). It is triggered locally on your device; no personal data is sent to a server for this.
To fund the app, we show ads via Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, rewarded videos). AdMob may process device data such as the advertising ID, IP address and app usage to deliver ads (possibly personalized). The provider is Google. See policies.google.com/privacy. You can limit or reset personalized ads via your device settings (advertising ID).
If the AI feature is enabled, your date of birth and onboarding answers are sent to our server and to the AI provider Anthropic (Claude) solely to generate the horoscope text. No persistent storage for identification takes place. Without this feature, text generation runs entirely on your device.
We do not sell personal data. Sharing occurs only with the services named above, as needed to operate the app.
Because your profile data is stored locally, you can delete it at any time by resetting the app data or uninstalling the app. For access, correction or deletion requests, contact us at cemo.studios1@gmail.com.
The app is not directed at children under 13.
